Ohio River Valley Series

The Ohio River Valley Series began in 1987 with the painting "Old Homestead - Smokey Mountains." The painting and it's oil study appear at the last row below. This was a commission for the Holiday Inn Corporation arranged by the Alice Bingham Gallery, Memphis, Tennessee. Since 1987, this large canvas has been in the lobby of the Holiday Inn at Prestonburg, Kentucky so we've been told. Following "retirement" in 2000, the Series was picked up again with "Louisville riverfront, February evening."
