The road to El Dorado - morning

This sequence of 14 images were taken between around 7:30AM and to around ninish. These selections are off of one 2GB card of 120 or so images at 240 resolution setting raw. The first few of the thumbnails below are from Interstate 65 South (i65s) of Louisville. More images were taken along Western Kentucky Parkway west toward Land Between the Lakes. It was cold in the lower 30's with patchy fog climbing the escarpement out of the Ohio River valley, and later, onto the blue-grass limestone plateau, the rolling pastures and woods along what used to be one of the old pikes, or traces, to the Mississippi, clearing skys and our sun higher in the southeast.
